Term & Condition

1. Booking Policy:

• A booking amount of Rs. 3,000 is required to confirm your session.
• The booking amount is non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

• The booking amount is transferable if the session is postponed and we are notified at least 4 days prior to the scheduled date.
• If rescheduling is requested with less than 4 days notice, 50% of the booking amount (Rs. 1,500) will be forfeited, while the remaining Rs. 1,500 will be retained as an advance balance for the new session date.

3. Client Responsibilities:

• For customized designs such as frames, fresh flowers for resin preservation, or any specific requirements for the casting session, the client must arrange and cover the costs independently. Please note that items like balloons cannot be included in resin preservation.

4. Product Delivery:

• Finalized products, including hand casts or resin-preserved keepsakes, will be delivered approximately 20-25 days after the session.

5. Copyright Policy:

• The Love Casting reserves the right to showcase images of completed projects on online platforms, in promotional materials, or in competitions.
• Clients who wish to retain 100% copyright over their casting or preservation pieces must pay an additional fee of Rs. 5,000.
